ORDER PROCESSING
Your J.FORD piece is made-to-order and will typically take up to two, but possibly four weeks to process and ship. If you need your shipment faster, please send an email in advance of your order to discuss options. Gift Cards are delivered via email to recipient.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
A variety of shipping options are available at checkout via UPS and USPS, depending on your location. All orders equal to or higher than $250 are eligible for free shipping (2-4 business days). Faster delivery options are available for purchase at checkout. You will be emailed tracking information once the package is sent. Please be sure to provide a safe and secure shipping address as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we only offer shipments to U.S. locations. Please check back soon as we are in the process of making International shipping available.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% in love with your online purchase, returns are allowed within 14 days of receipt for online store credit minus the cost of shipment. This excludes final sale items. Jewelry must be returned unworn and unused, in its original condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping. Please secure your item in its original packaging and use a rigid shipping box for parcel (no envelopes or bubble mailers). Please use a trackable shipping service with insurance as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once your return is received and reviewed you will receive an email with your online store credit. Store credit does not expire. FINAL SALE
Items purchased as exchange or with store credit, custom work (including custom ring sizing) and deposits for custom work, special orders, sale items, gift cards, and service fees are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.
REPAIRS
A one year limited warranty is offered on your online jewelry purchase. For any breakage within that time please email a repair request to jford@jfordjewelry.com including your order number, date of purchase and the name of purchaser. Return shipping to us will be your responsibility and we will cover the cost of shipping back to you. Please secure your item for transit and use a rigid shipping box for parcel (no envelopes or bubble mailers). Please use a trackable shipping service with insurance as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repair requests.
